1. Introduction

Welcome to 2pixel Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.2pixel.co.uk (the “Website”), and our website design services. By using our Website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

2pixel Ltd provides website design and development services on a subscription basis. Services include:

• Custom website design and development.

• Website hosting and domain management for the duration of the subscription.

• Monthly maintenance and edit requests based on the selected subscription plan.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are for a minimum of 12 months.

• Clients must pay a fixed monthly fee as per the selected subscription tier.

• Failure to make payment within 14 days of the due date may result in website suspension.

• At the end of the 12-month term, the Client may:

  • Continue with a rolling subscription for ongoing maintenance and hosting.

  • Take full control of the website, including domain and hosting, by assuming all associated costs.

4. Website Ownership & Transfer

• During the 12-month subscription period, the website, hosting, and domain remain the property of 2pixel Ltd.

• Upon successful completion of all 12 monthly payments, ownership of the website will be transferred to the Client.

• If the subscription is terminated early, ownership remains with 2pixel Ltd unless a buyout fee is paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, including images and text, in a timely manner.

• Clients must ensure all provided content complies with applicable copyright and data protection laws.

• Clients are responsible for any third-party software or services integrated into their website.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Payments made are non-refundable.

• Clients may cancel their subscription after the 12-month minimum term. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining contract balance.

7. Website Maintenance & Edits

• Clients are entitled to website edits per their chosen subscription tier.

• Edits do not include major redesigns or additional functionality beyond the original scope.

• Requests for edits must be submitted via email to hello@2pixel.co.uk.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 2pixel Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will take reasonable steps to ensure uptime and security.

9. Termination of Service

• 2pixel Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if a Client breaches these Terms.

• If terminated due to a breach, no refunds will be issued, and website ownership remains with 2pixel Ltd.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
